Join me @theyogaladymcr in Partnership with @Rachswellnessloft for a beautifully restful workshop of Yoga, Crystals and Sound Healing with your Mamas / Daughters. A chance to reconnect with yourselves & each other. Suitable for sisters / dear friends also x Gentle beginners yoga suitable for all abilities incorporating movement, breathwork & meditation. As we explore the divine feminine and our ancestral connections through the power of Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation. A pause to consider crystal therapy best practices and their many wonders, we will end with a deep relaxation Sound Bath. Take the time to pause, reconnect, rest & look after you & your loved one. Suitable for ages 8+ ( no maximum age ) Your never too old to take some time to share love and connection with the mama in your life. 3 hour workshop £50per session per couple / £25 per ticket. Gift included. Light refreshments provided.
Cancellation Policy
Classes can be cancelled and rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any classes cancelled after this time will not be credited. There is a no tefund policy regarding payments for courses, block bookings Reiki or workshops.
