Join me @theyogaladymcr for a beautifully restful workshop of yoga with your Mamas / Daughters. A chance to reconnect with yourselves & each other. Suitable for sisters / dear friends also x Gentle beginners yoga suitable for all abilities incorporating movement, breathwork & meditation. As we explore the divine feminine and our ancestral connections we will end with partner yoga followed by an extended yoga Nidra guided relaxation. Take the time to pause, reconnect, rest & look after you & your loved one. Suitable for ages 12+ ( no maximum age ) Your never too old to take some time to share love and connection with the mama in your life. £60 per session per couple.
Cancellation Policy
Classes can be cancelled and rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any classes cancelled after this time will not be credited. There is a no tefund policy regarding payments for courses, block bookings Reiki or workshops.
