Pregnancy & Baby Yoga

Pregnancy is often the gateway to beginning your Yoga Practice, connecting with your intuition, body and self. This is where my Yoga journey began so it is no surprise that this is also where my Yoga teaching path has taken me.

 

A qualified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher & Doula, as well as Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Baby Yoga & Baby Massage. 

It is a privilege to hold space for mamas to be throughout this journey.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Prep

A beautiful established 6 week course for mamas to be. Suitable from 12 weeks gestation to birth. This course allows you to gently exercise as it is specifically designed for all stages of pregnancy. Proven to help with the symptoms of many common ailments, support sleeping and relaxation as well as prepare for birth.

Birth Prep Workshops

Calling all Mamas to be AND BIRTH PARTNERS . . . these one off Birth Workshops are designed for the pair to explore and prepare for the upcoming birth of baby. A chance to connevct with each other and start some of those open conversations regarding YOUR birth choices and plan.

A full Birth Rehearsal.

Fundamentally rooted in Yoga Practice, Pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) This tailor made workshop pulls on my Doula training and experience to create a very empoering 3 hour session.

Baby Yoga

Welcoming back some familiar faces as well as some new ones to this very popular Mama & Baby Yoga class. The ultimate hours tune out from the hectic day to day to tune in to self and baby. Gentle movement for Mama and baby as we connect with our postnatal body, self and baby. Promotes healthy sleeping patterns, for mama and baby at this precious time.
