Teaching out of the beautiful Creative Calm Studio in Prestwich Greater Manchester I offer all 3 Degree's in the Usui method of natural healing.
An intuitive Reiki practitioner & Master myself I run all my sessions based on the traditional Eastern lineage of Reiki. Honouring the teachings of Usui, its history and heritage whilst also adapting this practice to the West. Making Reiki accessible to all.
Workshops and training sessions are run in intimate circles of 4/6. Allowing me to hold the sacred space for all participants.

Students from other schools are more than welcome.
Once you have completed your workshop, I am available to help you navigate your ongoing journey of light work. A bond and connection is formed between master and student. Each experience is unique and we learn together.

Reiki Level 1
This is your first step on your Reiki Journey.
Welcome.
The First Degree is all about YOU.
Delve into the world of self healing and enlightenment.
Level one teaches you all about the energy systems, as well as exploring the lineage of Reiki and and honouring the history of Usui.
An exploration of the Reiki Principles and how they can manifest in todays western society.
An introduction to the energy work and practice of self healing.
By the end of the course you will be able to carry out self treatments, daily meditations, as well as treating friends and family.
1 day course

Reiki Level 2
Welcome back!
On your level 2 course you will begin to explore Reiki as a healing energy for others.
Including 4 additional attunements which further connect you to the Reiki energy, you will also receive 3 sacred symbols to enhance your practice & connection to the life force energy.
Here you learn distance healing as well as beginning to explore your own intuitive healing techniques.
Should you wish to set up as a practitioner yourself you can do so after acquiring your 2nd Degree.
2 day course
6 months minimum between Level 1 and level 2
Reiki Level 3 / Master Degree
The final chapter in your Reiki training but so often the opening to where the magic really begins.
The Master level Course will further solidify your understanding and grounding with Reiki. elevating your healing to the next level.
As a Reiki Master you will be committed to your self journey and discovery on your path of enlightenment.
Master level attunements, the master symbol & further meditations will be shared.
Reiki is a life long commitment.
Once you have completed your 3rd Degree you will have the capabilities to pass on the light and train others if you wish.
