Allow me to tailor a Yoga session to your specific needs. From Post natal Recovery, Yoga for Sports therapy, Yoga as medicine ( for example digestion, migraine, sciatica etc ), Restorative Yoga, To support mental wellbeing and aid recovery or management of the symptoms of depression anxiety and stress, Mindfulness, Meditation . . . and so much more. Sometimes a one to one session is just more suited to your specific needs at any given time. All props are provided. I can be available to meet at your home or we can arrange a studio space. This can be confirmed at booking. Happy to take yoga outside should this be your preference also. I offer single sessions or a course of 6 at a discounted rate £60 single 15% discount if you book a course of 6
