If there was ever a time for you to really look after yourself then pregnancy is it! Reiki allows you a chance to pause rest and connect with yourself and baby. Awaken your intuition and really listen to your heart. Our inner guidance is on fire alive when we are pregnant more than ever before. Yet we live in a fast paced world where we rarely have the time to pause and actually listen. A REIKI session allows you this chance. Awaken and realign your chakras and natural healing capabilities with a Reiki Session. Pause and take some time out for yourself, leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and recharged. Reiki is a healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing By allowing the energy to flow freely,and ensuring any blockages are removed we can support our overall health and wellbeing. Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Powering up our own innate healing system. Often people describe a treatment as feeling like a glowing feeling flowing through and around them. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self improvement everyone can access. As a Pregnancy Yoga teacher and Doula I am more than qualified to help you get comfortable using all the props provided. I can treat pregnancy bodies on a bed or the floor using Yoga matts and props for support. A safe space for for mama and baby. A REIKI MASTER I feel very privileged to be part of this community and be able to share this truly magical gift with others. a naturally high vibrating person Reiki allows me to connect in with others to support their own healing journey and capabilities. 60 minute session £45 available in Prestwich Whitefield Ramsbottom Croston and also out of your home ( subject to location and facilities )

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled and rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any classes cancelled after this time will not be credited. There is a no tefund policy regarding payments for courses, block bookings Reiki or workshops.
